Started with the tour of fish market with breakfast and we dip our own chocolate then we drove up to Hunter Valley and the first winery which was amazing and then the next two wineries Jimmy serves a food pairing with one of the wine tastings and it is amazing. He cooks it himself. His van has little kitchen in it. It was an amazing trip. I definitely recommend. Then appetizers and meals that you get are a little taste of the sea. There is some meat and cheese. There’s Wagyu. It was definitely an amazing pairing for the wine.”

We had additional time to stop off at a chocolate shop and we also had a sushi making lesson in addition to visiting x3 wineries (all were excellent). Altogether an experience well worth the money and happy memories made. I would 100% recommend this trip.”
